For features provided free of charge, no liability applies. For paid features, liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Changemethod Limited against any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms.
Refund and Cancellation
All Sales Final: Purchases of licenses are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Complimentary Features: Features provided at no additional cost (e.g., AI add-ons) are not guaranteed and may be discontinued without notice.
