Change Leadership Competencies
The Change Leadership Competencies template provides a summary of research into key change leader competencies and – based on a comparative analysis of this research – provides a sample change leadership competency framework.
The framework defines the competency clusters and indicates the change leadership knowledge, skills abilities and other attributes that will drive the change program.
This change leadership competency framework provides the basis for the Change Leadership Assessment and Change Leadership Activity Plans.
If the organization has an existing leadership competency framework review it with this template in mind and look for any competency gaps specific to change leadership that may need to be plugged.
