Change Leadership Assessment

The Change Leadership Assessment template provides a mechanism to tease out change leaders’ strengths and development needs.

It does this by assigning assessment questions and an assessment scale to the competency clusters and indicators defined in the Change Leadership Competencies deliverable.

The assessment can be distributed either as a digital or physical survey depending on size and spread of the target audience.

Be sure to validate the assessment with the Human Resources Manager to make sure it is fully compliant with employee data privacy and other relevant regulation.

The output of the change leadership assessment forms the basis of the Change Leadership Activity Plan.
