Current Skills Assessment

The Current Skills Assessment template provides an inventory of existing knowledge, skills and competencies within the workforce(s) impacted by the change.

Together with the Future Skills Requirements it provides key input into the Skills Gap Analysis and the Skills Development Plan.

This in turn will serve as either as the foundation or key input for the Effective Performance Management, Effective Talent Management and Effective Training & Knowledge Management work-streams.
