Process-to-Role Map
The Process-to-Role Map is an important deliverable that connects business processes with people as part of the Business Process Alignment process under the Supportive Organization and Culture best practice area.
It involves mapping the future state processes to generic business roles and then linking them to the job, team and organization structures described in the Prepare Organization Design process.
For systems implementation programs, you may wish to combine the Process-to-Role Map with the Role-to-User Map.
Using both of these deliverables together can help change leaders ensure that business processes and IT systems are aligned with business roles, which is essential for a smooth and successful change program
