Role Descriptions

The Role Descriptions deliverable describes the business roles that have been created or amended as a result of the Business Process Alignment activities.  

For each role, the Role Descriptions template documents a role overview, processes mapped to role, responsibilities undertaken as part of the role, knowledge and skill required to perform the role and any interfaces with other roles.

Use the future state processes and Process-to-Role Map as the key inputs.  The output forms the basis of much of the activity and deliverables within the Prepare Organization Design process.
