Talent Management Plan
The Talent Management Plan describes how to find, cultivate and keep talent with the appropriate knowledge, skill and competency to meet the requirements of the future state organization design, team design and job descriptions.
You should create the Talent Management Plan after you have determined the future talent requirements to support the change program and reviewed the current talent pool against those requirements.
Develop the plan as part of the Effective Talent Management process and alongside the Prepare Organization Design process.
Once complete the Talent Management Plan will also serve as the foundation for retaining your top talent and ensuring succession planning is in place.
