Training and Knowledge Evaluation
The Training and Knowledge Evaluation deliverable describes the criteria and process for assessing how effectively the training solution has filled the gap between “as-is” employee skills, capabilities and performance and the “to-be” requirements.
An evaluation survey measures how the training meets the learning requirements that were specified in the needs analysis. It is used to identify the strong and weak areas of a training solution.
Use the template to document evaluation criteria, data collection, reporting lines as well as dependencies and assumptions upon which the evaluation will be based.
The output is used to review and refine training and knowledge interventions already in place – ensure changes are reflected in the Training and Knowledge Plan.
Use the Training and Knowledge Evaluation template during the Effective Training and Knowledge Management change management process within the Strong Individual Performance best practice area.
