Job Definitions
The Job Definition template documents groups of roles into individual jobs and then map competencies to those jobs.
There are two parts to the template:
- Part 1 is a matrix consisting of a column of roles along the left side and a row of to-be defined jobs along the top.
- Part 2 is a matrix, consisting of a column of the required competencies on the left and a row of new jobs along the top that allows the two to be matched.
