Change Best Practice Diagnostic

The Change Best Practices Diagnostic is a useful tool that comprises a number of statements for relating to six key areas of best practice for effective change management.

Use the 1-5 scale to indicate the extent to which each statement applies to your organization and change management program.  At the end of the assessment, use the analysis table to determine your level of change management maturity in relation to each of the six areas. 

The output provides a framework for you to evaluate your organisation’s current state and determine what measures to take to improve your change management practices.

The Change Best Practice Diagnostic should be used early on, during the Develop Change Strategy process within the Shared Change Purpose best practice area.
