Use the Change Governance Structure template to ensure that change project structures are correctly aligned with existing organizational governance structures.

To complete this deliverable: approach the Human Resources Manager for existing organizational governance structures, as well as the and the Program Manager for existing project governance structures, and look for links between:

• the project leadership and organization leadership
• the change leadership and the organization leadership
• the project and change leadership

Connections will already typically exist at senior leadership level, so look to establish or strengthen links at the mid-level leadership.
