Culture Assessment

The Culture Assessment template documents findings from the ‘current’ culture assessment as well as a definition of the ‘ideal’ culture, the gap between the two and recommendations for driving culture change.

Once complete, the Culture Assessment deliverable provides the key input into the following process areas: Stakeholder Communication, Develop Change Leaders, Effective Talent Management, Prepare Organization Design and Behavior Change Plan.
