Change Leadership Approach Indicator
The Change Leadership Approach Indicator tool helps users think through the three key factors of any change program, provide a weighting for each factor and suggests an approach to change leadership that best suits the change program circumstances.
The three factors explored are: time, effort and compliance to change solution.
The combination of the relative weighting of each will point to one of four suggested change leadership styles (‘clarion call’, ‘burning platform’, ‘orchestrated approach’ and ‘long march’).
This tool provides key input into the Develop Change Leaders process and, in particular, supports the Change Leadership Competencies deliverable.
The insights also provide useful input into the Change Management Strategy and Change Management Plan deliverables.
