Stakeholder Communication Plan
The Stakeholder Communication Plan is the operational instrument that brings the Stakeholder Communication Strategy to life. It provides a clear and structured was to inform, engage and involve stakeholders (audiences) with a view to increasing awareness, understanding, adoption and commitment throughout the change program.
Complete the stakeholder communication plan template to explicitly draw out the ‘who’, ‘what’, ‘why’, ‘how’ and ‘when’ of the communications that each audience, or stakeholder group, will hear and engage with over the course of the change program.
The Stakeholder Analysis, Change Commitment Curve, Change Agent Network Material and Stakeholder Communication Strategy are key inputs into the plan.
The completed plan should be reviewed on a regular basis and aligned with the Change Management Plan.
